It is an old farmhouse of the Fourteenth Century completely renovated, with spectacular living rooms, terraces, large swimming pool, views, cellar with vaults, and beautiful gardens with orchard and fruit trees. The house is located less than 3 kilometres from the Golf of Vall d'Or. The house is built over 3 floors, the first floor being the main floor in which there are living rooms, the dining room, large terrace and kitchen. From this patio there are 2 staircases to the first floor. One staircase takes you to a beautiful living room and an old kitchen with 'fogana'. Leading on from this area features the old chapel, which has now been converted into a multipurpose room, perfect as a conference room or auditorium. The second staircase called 'D'es Senor', takes you to the entrance of the first floor 'South Wing' where all rooms have stunning views of the sea. You will find the main lounge area with fireplace and bar, as well as the dining and kitchen area.
